Tatiana Xenou is a psychologist in Athens.
She holds a degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Health Psychology (MSc Health Psychology) from City University of London, UK, and is a chartered psychologist of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Since 2005, she has worked in clinical settings. Specifically, she has been a scientific associate in private clinical structures (Athens Clinic and Euroclinic) and in non-governmental organizations in Greece and Cyprus. Alongside her clinical work, since 2007, she has been teaching as a lecturer in the Department of Psychology of the School of Humanities and the School of Health of the Metropolitan College. From 2012 to 2017, she served as the academic head of Psychology programs (HND psychology, BSc Psychology, MSc Clinical Community Psychology, MSc Psychology, MSc Business/organizational psychology). Her main research interests include quality of life in individuals with chronic illness, women’s health, adoption of health behaviors, prevention, stress management & communication between health professional and patient.

When you feel that you are struggling to manage your psychological state and need support to understand what is happening to you or how to deal with daily or more serious challenges.

The duration of therapy depends on your needs and goals. In some cases, a brief approach is more helpful, while in other cases more time is needed.

Individual sessions last 50 minutes, while group sessions last 90 minutes.

According to legal provisions, the psychologist is obliged to adhere to specific ethical codes during their professional practice. Official registration and participation in professional associations such as the BPS ensure ethical practice in every case. Our office also complies with all provisions of the European regulation on personal data protection (GDPR).

The fee for meetings can be paid in the following ways:

  • Cash (for in-person meetings)
  • Online deposit (IRIS, bank transfer, etc.)
  • Via credit or debit card (POS)

For online meetings, the fee is paid before the meeting takes place.

There is the possibility for morning and afternoon meetings, always by appointment.
