Sessions
Sessions are designed to allow clients to explore themselves, understand the impact of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors on their mental health, and develop skills that will help them effectively address challenges and enhance their mental resilience.
Duration
Individual therapy sessions last approximately 50 minutes, and meeting options are provided either in person or online (online sessions), using platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Additionally, psychological support services of specific duration and at a reduced cost are offered to vulnerable groups, such as unemployed individuals and students.
