Group Therapy
In group therapy, individuals facing similar challenges can meet and discuss issues of concern, guided by the psychologist-facilitator. Through this process, participants can explore themselves and their relationships with others in similar situations. This exchange of experiences and information can offer a new perspective and help develop practical strategies for addressing health issues.
How Group Therapy Works
This process encourages open discussion and enrichment through mutual understanding. Listening and sharing your own experiences with others facing similar challenges can enhance the sense of community and solidarity.
Through this open exchange of experiences, participants gain a new perspective on their difficulties and explore new ways to address them. Participants enhance their personal growth, autonomy, and control.
Group therapy is conducted once a week and lasts approximately 90 minutes.
